Lots of wonderful restaurants and pubs are on your doorstep.

The airport and golf course are 2km away, as is the "NZ best" Saturday Market in the city centre. We are close to the supermarkets and dairy shops, art and craft studios, pharmacies and doctors. Kaiteriteri Beach, the gateway to the famous Abel Tasman National Park is a 45min drive.

For your pleasure, units have a fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, microwave, fridges, pots and dishes, coffee/tea facilities, bath/spa and/or shower, hairdryer, ironing facilities. 10 TV Channels, video, DVD player (on request), CD player/radio. Work station with computer point and fax on demand are installed for your business needs. As a 'sun-city' we offer our unique spacious private courtyards for extra pleasure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the full amount of booking will be charged.

Money will be refunded for every night of booking that we are able to rebook the unit.

Check-in is available from 2pm. Check-out is at 10am. Early check-in or check-out is by arrangement only.

All visitors must report to Reception, and are not allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking is not allowed in the units. If you do smoke inside the unit, you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

The cooking of strong smelling food (including fish) is not permitted in our motel units, in order to avoid residual, lingering odours that may be offensive to subsequent guests. We have a BBQ available if you wish to cook any of these foods. Thank you for your understanding.
